LREC can design and deliver Equality and Diversity courses tailored to your needs. Courses provide an overview of key organisational issues in order to provide the ability to identify discriminatory practices within the work place, and equip the attendees to implement good practices within the working environment.

The courses cover a variation of topics including; Discrimination, Bullying and Harassment, and the Anti-Discrimination Legislation (covering the Equal Pay Act, Sex Discrimination Act, Race Relations Discrimination Act, the Race Relations Amendment Act, the Disability Discrimination Act, Employment Regulations regarding Religion/Belief and Sexual Orientation).
  Participants will learn to:
  • Use equality policies and procedures
  • Refer to the key principles of the current anti-discrimination legislation
  • Identify their own values and prejudices
  • Manage diverse teams with greater awareness of behavioural issues which may arise
  • Start work on an individual equality action plan within their work place

 

Programmes can be designed to suit your requirements, and can be implemented over the course of a half-day, or a more detailed full day course.

 

Prices vary depending upon requirements, but start from as little as £65 per person including VAT.
